Ambassadors & Volunteers
Our Ambassadors and Volunteers are the heart of BEP. These individuals are fingerprinted and background-checked so they can work directly with our Butterflies and Dragonflies.
They lead sessions, and support program activities throughout the year. Some also share their expertise through Empowerment sessions, teaching valuable life skills such as financial literacy, hygiene, art, career development, and self-care.
This role carries both influence and responsibility and makes a lasting impact in shaping the lives of our youth.
Opportunity Giver
Interested in sharing your skills with our Butterflies and Dragonflies? We welcome individuals passionate about teaching a skill or offering hands-on experiences. You can lead a session at one of our seven evening chapters or participate in an arch program. Past sessions have included finance, hygiene, and workplace visits. If you'd like to get involved, we'd love to hear from you!
Community Allies
Our Allies are an essential part of the BEP community. They support our mission through one-time or seasonal volunteer opportunities such as Juneteenth, Halloween, holiday gift wrapping, fundraising, and event planning.
Allies help bring BEP events to life—decorating, organizing, and spreading the word—making every celebration meaningful and memorable.
If you’re looking for flexible ways to give back, becoming a BEP Ally is a great way to get involved.
